General Information
The Railgun can be very deadly against a group of ground units, as its penetrating attacks do heavy damage, and can occasionally hit beyond its usual range.
Its main weakness lies in its subpar range and inability to target air, which can be exploited by a wide variety of units. Light Vehicles with lower range can also be a threat, as when used properly, they can easily get out of its range before firing. Its damage drops off significantly beyond its normal range, and unless it is boosted by a dedicated Transformer, its very slow rate of fire can result it doing little to no damage over the course of a battle if it is overwhelmed quickly.
Although not mentioned, Railguns provide a health boost to the platform that holds it, which scales with the railgun's own level.
